Developer Update: What We’re Working On Now

At Reunion Inc, our role as developer goes far beyond planning future growth. We’re actively shaping the community every day. From new infrastructure to landscaping improvements, trails, and lot releases, we want residents to know what’s happening on the ground right now.

Here’s a look at what’s currently underway:

New Lot Releases in Kensington II and Lakeshire

We recently released new homesites in both Kensington II and Lakeshire, two distinct sections that each offer something unique. Kensington II features larger interior lots—some of the most spacious we’ve released in recent years—offering families more room to spread out and customize their homes. 

Over in Lakeshire, the long-awaited peninsula lots are finally available. These one-of-a-kind homesites offer some of the most dramatic water views in all of Reunion, with direct access to lakefront living. Priced from $620,000 and $1.15 million, these lots reflect their rarity and setting. While the price point caught some residents by surprise, we believe the value is absolutely there, and we’ve already seen strong interest from both out-of-state buyers and current Reunion residents who recognize the uniqueness of this opportunity. 

Trail Expansions that Add Real Value

We are expanding Reunion’s trail system to connect new homesites in Lakeshire and Kensington to key community amenities like The Pavilion and The Pointe. These new connections improve access and walkability, and they’re shaping how people view property value within the neighborhood. We’re seeing growing demand for homesites that back up to trails or green space instead of another backyard or fence. Trails offer privacy, beauty, and a sense of openness, and we’re taking that into account as we plan future sections of Reunion.

New Green Spaces Taking Shape

In Kensington, we recently installed a variety of mature trees, such as oaks and sweet bay magnolias, in the central green space that will anchor the section. This park-like setting will offer a gathering place for residents and enhance the natural beauty of the area from day one.
